I guess I could say my life has been truely blessed. I have been married 31 years and I have two boys(men) now. My youngest son is 25 and married last year. He is a computer draftsman for the power company. My oldest son is 29 and still seeking the "perfect woman". He is a sales manager for a company that sells CNC machines for the plastic and woodworking industry. My husband is now semiretired and still runs a small freight expediting business. I am a CPA and a Plant Controller for a manufacturing company. I finally got my college degree in 1989. My kids say they could have done as well as I did if they had 19 years to finish school. I lived for 15 years in Florida where I met my husband after high school. We now reside in North Carolina in a small town just North of Charlotte. We have been here since 1986.

I can't believe that 40 years have gone by! Where did they go by the way? I had colon cancer surgery almost 2 years ago, the results were excellent, I didn't even have to have chemo, but it certainly reminded me how precious and short life can be.

I thank God every day for the fact that I know him and that he is part of my life. I think that is why Immanuel was so special.

His girlfriend is on the right standing, her name is Karen. My oldest son will be 30 next year, but doesn't want to rush into anything.
