Norm writes, "Sorry this took so long. My sunup and sundown are running together. I have twenty five students going and training three horses and then put 20 hours a week in at the law office. My mother died when I was 18 and her side of the family were all cowboys and ranchers. The poetry comes from life. I am a working cowboy."
(Don fills in here) Norm's roping business can be reached by clicking on his picture on the left (RideandRope.com). Norm sent me more pages of poetry than I could post. I randomly selected two of them and posted a link below. Click on the poems to get a version you can read. Norm still competes - he welcomes you to see him in Cheyenne, WY Aug 31-Sept 1, 2003.
