After I graduated from Air Academy High, we moved to New York. I worked briefly for Ford Motor Co. in New Jersey, and then came back out west for school in Utah. I graduated from the University of Utah in 1975 and went into the U.S. Coast Guard. I married Sidney, who is a pediatrics nurse, and we have three great kids. Our youngest is now 21. I left the Coast Guard in 1983 and moved back to Salt Lake, where I am employed by the Salt Lake County Sheriff's Office. I'm currently a patrol supervisor on the rather "seedy" west side; good for a lot of TV style entertainment! I completed my MA in Organizational Management and am now trying to decide if I want to get a real job after all these years, or if I just want to continue being a parasitic government employee. The pay's not great, but I can be unresponsive to customer complaints and I can call in sick whenever I want!

I loved reading about what everyone else has done; what a great idea. Thanx Don!
